Treasure Hunters, Voters and Counters!
This week the potato plants have thrived in the warmth and light of the sun.
Please contact the school office to organise an appointment to visit the nursery. You can pick up an application form when you visit. Our spaces fill up very quickly so it is best to complete an application form as soon as possible.

Planting has continued this week! We are locked in a battle with the snails of Thornton Heath, who have found our broad bean plants’ leaves too much to resist.
Another busy week in Thornton Heath Nursery. The children have been looking at the work of Vincent Van Gogh this week, recognising some of his work; from his less known, “The Potato Eaters” to his famous classics.
The children of Thornton Heath were as busy as always in the Nursery this week!
This week we welcomed our new friends who have joined the Nursery room having turned 3 years old during the last term.
Our last week of term saw rain and shine and the children were as busy as ever!
This week, our pet chicks continued to amaze and enthral the children.
We were joined this week by 10 Hen’s eggs. They were delivered by Farmer Jenny who asked the children to take special care of her eggs and to let her know when they hatch.
This week saw a very busy kitchen, with flat breads, pan cakes and bubble bread all being made on different days.
