The garden at Thornton Heath Nursery School is now in full bloom.
This week the potato plants have thrived in the warmth and light of the sun.
Planting has continued this week! We are locked in a battle with the snails of Thornton Heath, who have found our broad bean plants’ leaves too much to resist.
Another busy week in Thornton Heath Nursery. The children have been looking at the work of Vincent Van Gogh this week, recognising some of his work; from his less known, “The Potato Eaters” to his famous classics.
The children of Thornton Heath were as busy as always in the Nursery this week!
This week we welcomed our new friends who have joined the Nursery room having turned 3 years old during the last term.
Our last week of term saw rain and shine and the children were as busy as ever!
This week, our pet chicks continued to amaze and enthral the children.
We were joined this week by 10 Hen’s eggs. They were delivered by Farmer Jenny who asked the children to take special care of her eggs and to let her know when they hatch.
