As we complete the last week of Summer Term 1 the Nursery Setting is at its busiest.

Our resident ladybirds are active and adding a further splash of colour to the garden!
This week a group of our animal friends were placed in grave danger.
This week, patterns were in order in group time. The children looked at patterns made by the teachers before constructing their own.
This time of year the children are getting ready for the big move to primary school.
As the Summer term commences our garden is continuing to change and spring into life.
With many of our Muslim friends off school celebrating Eid, we eagerly awaited their return so as to have a shared celebration.
Karen’s group emerged triumphant this week as one of their beans became the first in the school to not only germinate but grow too big for the bag in which it was held!
Spring time means big jobs in the garden. Soil has been shifted in order to enrich are record sized potato patch…hopefully the harvest will be equally gigantic come July!
