This week, the last of our garden’s produce was put to good use. After a vote last week, it was decided that Pumpkin Soup was off the menu…last year’s bitter memory was not forgotten!
A more child friendly (indeed child chosen!) spaghetti was on offer, but not before passing the pumpkin, handling the slimy insides and inspecting the seeds. Of course, the children assisted in the all important chop, chop, chopping!
With rain and sun this week, there was Basket Balling with coach Debbie, rainbow ball rolling with Karen and Helen and some flag painting with Charlotte.
Do come in and say hello in the nursery room if visiting our school. You’ll be able to see Maria and the children’s “Happy Place” tree, along with all the positive people and positive behaviours that make it such a Happy Place to be!
