Standing together for Jamaica
Schools across Croydon have joined together to raise much-needed funds to help provide equipment, resources and other essential items for schools in Jamaica affected by Hurricane Melissa.

Gloves were the order of the week as the temperature dropped.
It’s not often we are outside in our t shirts in November.
This week, the children were making their marks as always; from glue and glitter fireworks to beetroot juice patterns.
Ladybird Class has been busy again this week! The children have been exploring and investigating a variety of autumn items — from cutting and digging out pumpkins to counting conkers and acorns.
As Autumn sets in, we know one of our favourite festivals is on the horizon.
Ladybird Class – Learning About Emotions and Making Choices Ladybird Class have been exploring the storybook The Colour Monster, a simple and engaging story that helps children learn about different emotions and how to express them.
More scientific discovery, number challenges and fine motor eye and muscle work this week; the treasure chest contained a homemade boat!
This week, we had our first survey of the year. Throughout the year, the children are posed different questions based on our curriculum, interests expressed by the children… and what we plan to put in our bellies!
