Welcome back to THNS!

Welcome back to THNS! A special welcome to our new children and families who are starting this half term. Please check our website for all the exciting events we have planned this term. We only have two places left for two-year olds so if you know of any eligible families then please ask them to come in and speak to Jo.

All the staff at THNS would like to wish our children and their families and safe, happy and healthy Summer break. Please also have a look at the photos from our fabulous end of year picnic on our 'Galleries' page. We look forward to seeing you all on Wednesday 7th September - morning session (8.30-11.30), afternoon session (12.30-3.30), full-time (8.30-3.30). See you then!

A HUGE thank you from the children, families and staff at THNS to our Head of Nursery, Debbie Butler who has now become Head of School at Beulah Nursery and Infant School. We'd also like to thank Margaret Scanlan for all of her support and commitment to THNS over her term as a Governor. We are grateful for all of their hard work and support and know that they will both continue to be great friends of THNS.

100% Attendance Awards!

Well done to the 25 children and families who achieved 100% attendance during the Summer term and a special congratulations to Kylan, Saba, Kathryn-Paige, Divine, Jahziah and Faridah who achieved 100% over the WHOLE year! They all received a special certificate and a prize for coming to Nursery every day. Well done!

Ladybirds trip to Crystal Palace Park Farm

Our 2 year olds accompanied by their parents, had a fabulous time visiting Crystal Palace Park Farm last Friday. They had the chance to stroke all of the animals and learn all about them. They even had a picnic in the park and went to see the Crystal Palace dinosaurs! THNS Sports Day 2016!

We have had a fantastic Sports Day at THNS today! Our staff worked incredibly hard to arrange the different races, make medals for all of our children and certificates for our children who are leaving THNS. Many thanks to all of our parents and carers who came to cheer on our children today. Sports Day at THNS – Wednesday 6th July 10am or 2pm

All parents and carers are invited to cheer their child on at our Sports Day this Wednesday 6th July. Our morning children will be starting their Sports Day at 10am and our afternoon children will start at 2pm. Full-time children will participate in both sessions. Please ensure that your child wears shorts/ trousers and trainers (no dresses or sandals please).

Thank you to our Parent Gardening Club!

A HUGE thanks to all those parents and carers who helped to clear our garden today with their children. We cleared a total of 15 bags of garden waste and the children learnt how to use gardening tools safely. This will be a half termly event at THNS so please continue to support us with our gardening in September.

We need your help… Please come and help at our Parent Gardening Day!

We are inviting parents to come and help us in our nursery garden. Our garden is maintained by our staff and children so we'd love for our parents to spare a little bit of time to help us tidy up and plant some new seeds on Friday 1st July. Please sign up in the nursery office. Thanks!

2 year old funded places – only 4 left!

We only have 4 places left for 2 year olds from September 2016! If you think you may be eligible then please click here to check and then see Jo in the nursery office to complete an application form.

‘Den Day’ raises £108 for ‘Save the Children’… Well done, THNS!

Our children and families have had an exciting day creating dens and raising money for charity. The children were all totally inspired and our parents really got creative and joined in! We raised £108 for 'Save the Children' which will be donated to support families across the world who do not have safe shelters. Well done, THNS!
