Welcome back to our returners and welcome to our new Ladybirds.
As this is the last week before we all go off to celebrate Christmas and the end of the year we have been doing lots of festive things.
We have welcomed our new starters this week who have been supported by the elder children to enjoy their first days at Thornton Heath Nursery.
This week, the last of the Autumn leaves were shovelled, barrowed and shifted to the planters to begin the process of making new soil for our planting to come later in the year.
After November’s Diwali extravaganza we are now getting prepared for the Christmas festivities to come.
This week the children in Ladybird class have been learning all about the number five.
As the cold set in, the children at THNS remembered that keeping busy helps to keep you warm!
Ladybird class were very busy last week. As you know Diwali was celebrated the whole week so the children have enjoyed completing different activities to learn about this special time.
