This week ladybird class made pizza! Fine motor skills were on show and working hard as the children spread tomato paste over their buns and carefully sprinkled cheese on top. The children needed no reminders of hygiene routines; washing and drying hands before cooking or eating! They listened and followed simple instructions and waited patiently for their turn. The pizzas were put in the oven to cook. When the pizzas were cooled the children sat down and ate them for their snack, with clean plates all round!
We had our winter craft day this week and it went very well. Lots of parents turned up and participated with their children, lots of fantastic things were made for families to take home and have as a memory from their child’s nursery years. A big thankyou to everyone that joined us and made it a very lovely day.
