As we complete the last week of Summer Term 1 the Nursery Setting is at its busiest. It’s a time for our established children to flex their skills and for our new members of the community to continue to find their feet.

The Big Climb and Tree Houses have been busy as the children have enjoyed the sun, observed the creatures busy in every corner and tended to the garden they first began to plant back in February. Fox damage has been undone, tomato plants have been fertilized with snack time banana skins and dangerously dry planters and beds have been watered. The potato patch is looking the best it ever has, foliage is swamping the patch…fingers crossed that the same sort of growth is taking place below the soil’s surface!
