This week a group of our animal friends were placed in grave danger. The gardeners left a pile of soil just where of our resident miner bees live. A rescue squad quickly assembled and shifted the soil in record time, saving our friends and leaving them to safely continue, “collecting the pollen to feed their babies!”
On Thursday, Parents and Carers were invited to join us for an hour of wellbeing focussed activities. From yoga, to nature walks, to painting and creating, a wonderful time was spent connecting and just being together.
On Friday it was tasting day! After reading Handa’s Surprise throughout the week, many of us were wondering exactly what a “sweet smelling” guava tastes like. With the menu also featuring passion fruit, mango and pineapple a truly multisensory experience and discussion was enjoyed by all the children.
