This week we came together for two celebrations.
Our Muslim friends returned to Nursery on Tuesday after celebrating Eid with their families. We came together to talk about the importance of sharing and helping those in need. We shared a treat together, and gave thanks for the wonderful people in our lives. We heard about what happens during Eid and how many of our Muslim friends’ carers fasted for Ramadan.
On Friday, the Easter Bunny visited and left a trail of carrots, hid some colourful eggs all over our garden and left a special treat for all the children who make sure they eat their fruit and vegetables… because they are rainbow children!
