The 1st March 2022 was pancake day and the nursery was awash with the smell of fresh pancakes cooking. The children sieved flour, whisked eggs, poured milk, chopped bananas, spread jam and squeezed out maple syrup until an absolute feast of pancakes was ready to be devoured! Some of the children even had a a go at flipping the pancake, watching it spin before catching it in the frying pan.
