We have made Butternut Squash soup and it was delicious! The butternut squash was gently roasted in our oven, the smell was divine. We carefully scooped out the flesh from the squash once it had cooled down. We added some onions, peas and seasoning before blended it to make a scrummy, mouth watering soup! We enjoyed eating it with some freshly baked bread which we dipped in to it.
