Welcome back

It has been lovely to see all our children return to the nursery today.  We have welcomed many of you that have attended the nursery before but we have also met lots of new friends!  We hope the children have enjoyed their day as much as we have.  Please remember that for the foreseeable future we will be using two entry / exit points to the nursery.

If your child is aged 3 – 4 and in Caterpillar, Butterfly or Bumblebee class they will be using the gate on Nursery Road to enter and exit the nursery.  A member of staff will be there to meet you and they will take your child in to the nursery for you. We will bring your child to you at the end of the session / day so there will be no reason to enter the school premises.

If your child is aged 2 they will be using the main entrance on Pridham Road to enter and exit the nursery.  A member of staff will be there to meet you and they will take your child in to the nursery for you. We will bring your child to you at the end of the session / day so there will be no reason to enter the school premises.

We published our reconnection plan before the summer holiday and now we would like to share an updated version in light of the many changes to guidance that have taken place since then.  We have outlined information about current government guidance, changes to how we will operate as well as contingency plans in the case of any further lockdowns. Please click here for an updated reconnection plan and here for the most recent risk assessment.
