Today we held our coffee morning for Macmillan along with several cake sales. As usual the parents of Thornton Heath Nursery School made a huge effort to support this charity either buying or baking cakes for us to sell. We definitely saw cakes that would have earnt a prize in “The Great British Bake Off”! From chocolatey muffins to spiced carrot cake, scrummy brownies to sweet Dominican flan and French yogurt cake to shortbread Teddies! With each slice of cake consumed and each sip of coffee we raised money for Macmillan, with the most recent total being £128. Thankyou so much for your generosity, we are truly impressed!
