Digging, Delivering and Dipping

With more new friends joining our community this week, our welcoming children continued to ensure they were greeted with warmth and a strong sense of fun!

Jackie and the children transformed the big climb into a kitchen and restaurant, with food deliveries being made across the wobbly bridge and picnics being had on the cargo net.

There were full body exercise sessions taking place as children dug holes and excavated house bricks from the mud along with tiles and the loveliest of “smooth and bouncy ball” shaped pebbles.

Inside, corks were retrieved from the water tray. Their mischievous bobbing presenting an interesting challenge with  tweezers, spoons and scoops used; each utensil providing a different level of challenge.

The playdough table was extended to cope with increased demand and our big name cards have been introduced as many of children continue to prepare for reception class later in the year!
